In today's live episode I talk to the group about 4 benefits of recovery coaching

I provide examples of how powerful coaching and sober group programs can be. When we discuss coping strategies I bring up how we as women think a drink will offer us so much, like it will give us relaxation, joy or fulfillment, but I share how a drink took more from me than it ever gave to me, we look at societal pressures on women to drink and I share my own experiences with Rose All Day lifestyle. Hint: I took it a little to literal.

It can be overwhelming to think of going AF or entering sobriety, it's important to know that you are not alone and there are hundreds of thousands of other women who feel the exact same way that you do!
