is this is a topic that we get asked about a lot.

What does it really take to get to 7 figures and

beyond? And, of course, everyone is in awe
Speaker:
of people who've actually done it. And and so
Speaker:
so we wanna unpack your story and kinda, like, learn from you
Speaker:
and, see what you recommend in terms of, in
Speaker:
terms of that pursuit. So, I think a best place
Speaker:
to start, because I am not gonna butcher your introduction at all.
Speaker:
I'm just gonna have you do it. So tell everyone a little bit more about
Speaker:
yourself, your background, and how it led you to do the work that you're
Speaker:
doing now. Sure. I like to share a
Speaker:
story. A lot of times, I start with a story about
Speaker:
really the end of my business. I
Speaker:
had, wrote on my Facebook page in
Speaker:
August of 20 18 this
Speaker:
quote, if you will. And it said on there it said, in the
Speaker:
review mirror of life, I will be able to look back on this
Speaker:
time and see that these experiences helped me receive my heart's
Speaker:
desire in grace and in perfect ways.
Speaker:
That was code for shit's hitting the fan.
Speaker:
Oh, am I allowed to say that here? Go for it. This is not for
Speaker:
children. That was Amanda's
Speaker:
code for nothing is going right. I
Speaker:
had through the series of almost 7 years,
Speaker:
I had made a series of decisions that had ultimately led
Speaker:
me to very little profit, but
Speaker:
a business that was generating 2.2 in annual
Speaker:
2,200,000 in annual sales,
Speaker:
but little profit. So I wasn't paying myself.
Speaker:
I was, in 4 credit cards of debt. I
Speaker:
had emptied my 401 k. I was literally out
Speaker:
of personal capital. So the story
Speaker:
there is, the it's it I have
Speaker:
many stories within that. But, you know,
Speaker:
kind of going back to where you started in the introduction,
Speaker:
that we all have this idea when we start entrepreneurship or
Speaker:
starting our business that we're going to make it to the $1,000,000
Speaker:
revenue mark. If we make it to the $1,000,000 revenue mark, we're gonna have a
Speaker:
business that Creative us what we want, which is financial freedom.
Speaker:
And then with financial freedom, we have options. And one of
Speaker:
those options might be more time with our family, with our friends, with
Speaker:
whatever we feel is important. So those are the really the two reasons
Speaker:
why we start businesses. 1 is financial freedom,
Speaker:
but the other and and the hopes that we can make more money
Speaker:
than we ever could working for someone else. But the other reason is
Speaker:
that we might have that sellable asset at the end that, okay,
Speaker:
if we work really hard, maybe we could build something that we can sell.
Speaker:
Well, I have that same, my bakery
Speaker:
story then is that I had all of this this
Speaker:
revenue, lines out the door. It was a very popular place,
Speaker:
but it relied on me 247.
Speaker:
It it didn't have any net profit. So at the end of the
Speaker:
day, when I sold my bakery, which it
Speaker:
was, a successful sale on paper, it was far
Speaker:
less than I could have lived on for any like, even a year
Speaker:
after paying off all my debts. So
Speaker:
what I'm saying there is that why we go into business is
Speaker:
literally flawed from the beginning because we don't know how to accomplish the two
Speaker:
reasons why we go into business. So that's what I'm here to do
Speaker:
is to share from my the ashes of my failure that
Speaker:
there are ways to go about it in a much smarter
Speaker:
way and to hit those two things that we want. Mhmm. You
Speaker:
know, I can relate to so much to your story. It reminds me of of
Speaker:
of of some of my stories of which I also have multiple.
Speaker:
And I remember the first time hitting 7 figures, adding it all
Speaker:
up at the end, and realizing I paid $50,000
Speaker:
for the privilege of doing over $1,000,000 in
Speaker:
sales. And it's like, wait a minute.
Speaker:
Isn't the point of this to make money? Isn't this the point you know,
Speaker:
like you said, we wanna take care of our families, and we wanna, you
Speaker:
know never mind leave a legacy. Like, we we do
Speaker:
we hear of that a lot as well, but even just being profitable,
Speaker:
but to actually pay for the privilege, I would have been further ahead to just
Speaker:
have a job. And and, you know, these these yeah. This is
Speaker:
it it reminds me of that a lot. And so
Speaker:
so what was the kind of the transition out of that? So what did you
Speaker:
do? Like, so the you know, so you have this business. You're working
Speaker:
247. My my gosh. I can relate to that. Mhmm.
Speaker:
And, and so you're realizing it's not profitable.
Speaker:
What do you do? Well, I panicked for
Speaker:
about 2 years straight, and put even more of myself
Speaker:
into it, to the point where, you know, I was stressed.
Speaker:
I maybe slept 3 hours, 4 hours a night.
Speaker:
I had 3 shifts running at the bakery. I had 15
Speaker:
employees. I was running 247. But
Speaker:
what I found, so I found the
Speaker:
10,000 small businesses program through Goldman Sachs,
Speaker:
and there is where I found
Speaker:
colleagues that were like me. I had been on the
Speaker:
search in my panic for, information for
Speaker:
business of what I call the business 2 point o. I've already
Speaker:
started my business. It's successful. I've got lines out the door. I don't need
Speaker:
customers. I need systems, and I need
Speaker:
a way to get to profitability.
Speaker:
And I couldn't find that information anywhere. I
Speaker:
did get into the 10,000 small businesses program,
Speaker:
and that helped me in some sense. But,
Speaker:
really, it was the peers that really made that
Speaker:
whole journey worth it in the end for me, because I
Speaker:
got to get to know someone someone specifically named Tim, who
Speaker:
I talk about a lot in my stuff. Tim was
Speaker:
there in my corner, and he's the only person I told
Speaker:
the truth to. So, I didn't
Speaker:
believe in business coaches at the time. I didn't really know what they were,
Speaker:
to be honest. I thought maybe that would be like therapy, and I didn't
Speaker:
want therapy. I wanted results. I wanted, someone to help
Speaker:
me, like, get more profit in my business than anybody that I talked to
Speaker:
that seemed to be in the coaching realm. It was more questions and
Speaker:
and getting the information outside of me, and I was just, like, really
Speaker:
frustrated with that idea. And then business consultant, that
Speaker:
kind of role, seemed to have a, to
Speaker:
me, a stigma around it costing too much and that I wouldn't be able to
Speaker:
afford it. So I guess
Speaker:
through that whole experience, what I ended up doing
Speaker:
was leaning on a personal
Speaker:
friend who helped me kind of get out of
Speaker:
my spinning. So I would talk to him. He was the only person that knew
Speaker:
everything that was going on. But,
Speaker:
what he did want on that August day that I
Speaker:
alluded to at the beginning of this conversation was he said
Speaker:
something to me that stopped me in my tracks and made me stop
Speaker:
spinning. He said, why are you fighting so hard for this
Speaker:
when you have so much more to do?
Speaker:
Until then, I had I had no idea I had more to do.
Speaker:
I thought that the my whole world, everything
Speaker:
was wrapped up, my ego, you know, my my friends' and
Speaker:
family's money. Everything was wrapped up into this
Speaker:
company, and I was fighting for something that wasn't serving
Speaker:
me. It's almost like I got everything that I needed
Speaker:
from it, and I needed to step away. So he is the one
Speaker:
that really woke me up. And that's when I started to realize
Speaker:
the power of having somebody who knew the truth
Speaker:
behind everything, in order to wake you up
Speaker:
because you can't read your own message when you're inside your own bottle.
Speaker:
I've heard that from somewhere. I don't remember where.
Speaker:
But, yeah, you can't read the message when you're inside the bottle. So having
Speaker:
that outside person helping me see that really what
Speaker:
I was doing was just running myself ragged in Anderson the ground with this
Speaker:
company. And it didn't mean that the company wasn't awesome and successful.
Speaker:
It just mean it meant that it needed to live beyond Amanda at this
Speaker:
point. I love what you just said.
Speaker:
Like, having that business that you know,
Speaker:
beyond Amanda. Right? And that I feel so, you know,
Speaker:
so similarly about, you know, some of my businesses, and it's so easy
Speaker:
to create that full time job, that 247. Like you
Speaker:
said, your ego gets so attached to it. I mean, it's this thing
Speaker:
that you created and you pour so much into,
Speaker:
and I do not quit easily. Right? It I don't my
Speaker:
mantra is always the the, you know, you only fail if you
Speaker:
quit, and and so I just cannot allow myself to
Speaker:
quit. And, you know, there's there's pivots.
Speaker:
There you know, we we do evolve, but I don't quit
Speaker:
very easily. And, you know, the business that I was in, I
Speaker:
definitely should have quit and and eventually did once I found something
Speaker:
better. But, but, you know, that that is
Speaker:
that's it. I mean, as entrepreneurs, we care so deeply for our business.
Speaker:
Mhmm. And I love the fact that you had this this confidant, this this
Speaker:
this friend that you could really be honest with because entrepreneurs, when
Speaker:
we get together, you know, and we we talk about how well
Speaker:
it's going and the new offer that we just created and, you
Speaker:
know, this new promotion that we're so excited about. And Mhmm. You know,
Speaker:
the the future, that horizon that we're trying to
Speaker:
get to, we're always self promoting, but then to
Speaker:
have an honest and real conversation with a fellow entrepreneur that
Speaker:
gets it Mhmm. That's rare. Yeah.
Speaker:
It is. It's super rare, and it's super hard
Speaker:
to let someone in like that. And I gotta say
Speaker:
it's something that I still work on. I have 4 coaches
Speaker:
now, and they know that when I get
Speaker:
quiet, that's when something's going on. Because I still
Speaker:
I just shut up, and I just, like, work. I'm, like, just go go
Speaker:
go go go go go. Just don't stop. And,
Speaker:
what I'm learning is that when I breathe,
Speaker:
a, like, actually take a full breath,
Speaker:
which a lot of us when we're in scarcity mode can't do.
Speaker:
But a lot of things kinda start to shake out.
Speaker:
Yeah. You know, we're we're very similar in that in that regards because
Speaker:
that's what happens to me too. I I just put the blinders
Speaker:
on. I focus. I stop talking. It's,
Speaker:
and which is weird because I talk for a living. Yeah. And and
Speaker:
Me too. It is a little bit, tough that way.
Speaker:
But, I totally get it. So so going through
Speaker:
this experience, you know, the and and now
Speaker:
this turning point into the work that you do now, and that's helping
Speaker:
other people navigate their journey through
Speaker:
building and operating a 7
Speaker:
figure business. Mhmm. You know, who who who are
Speaker:
you working with? Who's coming into your world,
Speaker:
looking for your help in navigating this? Because now with this
Speaker:
wisdom and the, you know, the what to do and what not to do
Speaker:
and some of the things you you learned about in your business, you're now
Speaker:
helping people with. Mhmm. What are you hearing? Who are who's showing up,
Speaker:
and, who are you working with? Yeah. And, you know, it did take
Speaker:
a while. It took, because right in the middle, it
Speaker:
was the pandemic too. So it took me 3 years to
Speaker:
really transition. And I'm gonna that
Speaker:
the word failure was a word that I couldn't
Speaker:
bakery business even though it was successful
Speaker:
fail on paper. All of my debts were paid.
Speaker:
I had a little bit left over to live for a minute.
Speaker:
I still let go of what was something that I I really
Speaker:
loved and I build from nothing. So I
Speaker:
didn't jump right into where I am today,
Speaker:
just to clarify that. It's been more than 3
Speaker:
years now. Show several years during the
Speaker:
pandemic, I also had a life,
Speaker:
like shaking moment where all of that stress from the
Speaker:
bakery, all of the things that I was doing to myself and my body,
Speaker:
had resulted in me having cancer. So
Speaker:
I did cancer treatment during the pandemic. It was 2
Speaker:
full years. And, I ended up living with my
Speaker:
parents, and I spent a lot of time alone.
Speaker:
So because during the pandemic, no one could come
Speaker:
with me during my treatments or any of the surgeries I
Speaker:
had, I had to I Show I
Speaker:
spent a lot of time alone. And I I guess I just wanna highlight that
Speaker:
piece of, there's there's time
Speaker:
in between that. It's not like you shift and you're just
Speaker:
like, okay. Let me, sell, you know, sell myself as
Speaker:
some kind of business consultant or coach or whatever you wanna call
Speaker:
me. I've been earned the title of business chaos
Speaker:
sorter. That's how my clients like to call me because no
Speaker:
matter what, when they talk to me, they know what they need to do, and
Speaker:
I kind of help them remove all of
Speaker:
the distractions and the chaos of what they deal with every day. And
Speaker:
each week, they know exactly, what they deal with every day. And each
Speaker:
week, they know exactly, like, the one thing they have to do that week to
Speaker:
move their business forward even though they're working in multiple different areas of
Speaker:
their business and being pulled in many different directions. They know that they can
Speaker:
feel that sense of, of, growth
Speaker:
and and moving on to the next step, whether that be
Speaker:
profitability or financial freedom or whatever we're trying to get to.
Speaker:
Right? So, sorry. I bypassed that just slightly.
Speaker:
No. That's no. It's good that that we that we talked about that
Speaker:
because that that's a critical part of the turning point. I think we
Speaker:
we we started touching on it but didn't finish that because,
Speaker:
you're right. There there is it's not like flipping a light switch.
Speaker:
It's not like, oh, well, this business didn't work. That
Speaker:
switch is off, and I'm gonna go start this other business
Speaker:
now. Switch is on. And when you really become attached
Speaker:
and you really, work a business for a long time and you
Speaker:
pour everything you have into it,
Speaker:
there is that difficulty letting go. Mhmm. And
Speaker:
the next phase, the next idea doesn't necessarily
Speaker:
come right away. Right away. It's like there is
Speaker:
this transition period. And so the pandemic was an
Speaker:
interesting time for a lot of reinvention, a lot of pivots.
Speaker:
Mhmm. And, not only did you experience that in your
Speaker:
business, but with your health as well. Yeah. I mean,
Speaker:
what what was the message that you really got? And, you know, and and I've
Speaker:
never had a in a health situation, like that. What what
Speaker:
was the what was the the sort of the turning point or the wake up
Speaker:
call and say, you know what? Like, I'm really going to do things
Speaker:
differently from this point forward. For me,
Speaker:
it it to be honest, it had a lot to do with abusing my
Speaker:
body, with alcohol. Mhmm. So I would over drink, which
Speaker:
I know a lot of entrepreneurs do that. They hide their
Speaker:
their fears in potentially in alcohol or other
Speaker:
recreational drugs or maybe not even recreational drugs.
Speaker:
So the the entrepreneurship
Speaker:
population can use,
Speaker:
crutches, if you will, at more of a a
Speaker:
higher rate than those that do other things.
Speaker:
Also, entrepreneurs have a higher suicide rate,
Speaker:
than other people in different, you know,
Speaker:
work life situations. So it's really
Speaker:
important, I guess, for me to call that out.
Speaker:
That's my wake up call was that my life is
Speaker:
really important, and I have a lot more to say, and I'm not done
Speaker:
yet. So as I was working through my cancer
Speaker:
treatment, even in the moment even though in the
Speaker:
moment, I was just worrying about the next step. So I was very
Speaker:
intentional about steps. Like, I'm not thinking ahead. I'm just
Speaker:
gonna work on the next step, the next step. What am I doing next? You
Speaker:
Show? And not, forecasting the future. But I
Speaker:
was also, healing from the
Speaker:
experience that I had put myself through those 7 years and
Speaker:
kind of the hole that I dug myself into when it came to reliance on
Speaker:
alcohol. So that was the biggest shift that I
Speaker:
made post pandemic and post cancer is
Speaker:
that I no longer do that with my body. I,
Speaker:
I believe that that's poison and that
Speaker:
my brain and everything works so much better, and I can
Speaker:
fulfill my purpose at a
Speaker:
better capacity when I'm at at a 100% or more.
Speaker:
You know, I've had so many experiences, with that, especially with
Speaker:
fellow entrepreneurs who who, you know, did take
Speaker:
things too too far. And and, you know, I
Speaker:
it's so easy when you go to events and you get around other entrepreneurs and
Speaker:
you're socializing, and and it's so easy, you know, for
Speaker:
things to, to to get out of
Speaker:
control. I mean, there's the annual summits that we go to in the affiliate marketing
Speaker:
industry that are considered to be, like, the big party every year.
Speaker:
And, and so when the party start, I go back to my hotel room.
Speaker:
And so, so that is something I also learned because I
Speaker:
I like being able to think clearly. I like to be able
Speaker:
to, you know, to to be able to have all my
Speaker:
faculties and to be able to process ideas. And and
Speaker:
yeah. Right? It really diminishes our ability to do that
Speaker:
when Yeah. When alcohol and and other substances are in
Speaker:
involved. And it may seem like you get all these wild and crazy
Speaker:
ideas when you're under the influence, but the day
Speaker:
afterwards and how much time I lost Mhmm.
Speaker:
Recovering in you know, recovering from that night
Speaker:
out. Yeah. I just say that I had my life quota.
Speaker:
I met my life quota early. Mhmm. Really.
Speaker:
But, yeah, that was the biggest shift for me. Mhmm. Yeah. It's a it's it's
Speaker:
a huge turning point. And, you know, having, again, you
Speaker:
know, given up, giving up alcohol as well, it
Speaker:
it it made a huge difference in terms of the
Speaker:
productivity, the focus,
Speaker:
the be you know, being able to actually, you know,
Speaker:
follow through on on on some of the the
Speaker:
plans and not have them sort of, derailed or or just,
Speaker:
you know, doing this over here and then doing that over there. I mean, the
Speaker:
focus is just so so huge. So, you know,
Speaker:
I I can really relate to that as well. Well, so
Speaker:
let's let's talk a little bit about who you're helping now.
Speaker:
And, and I know you have a program, the the the 5
Speaker:
day focus that really helps as well. Let's let's make sure we
Speaker:
have that in there, and then unpack a little bit about what people learn from
Speaker:
that. So let's let's talk a little bit about, you know, who you're serving,
Speaker:
and then and then and then we'll get into talk about the event a little
Speaker:
bit. So Sure. Yeah. So I,
Speaker:
most as I shake out through you know, when you first
Speaker:
start a business like this, you're kind of just going with anybody that
Speaker:
comes to you. So I've worked with over
Speaker:
300 businesses now in almost every
Speaker:
single industry, and I found a
Speaker:
passion more for those in trades, those
Speaker:
that, like, they build stuff, they
Speaker:
make, you know, floors or the plumbers, the electricians,
Speaker:
Absolutely adore working with women who are in those,
Speaker:
sectors because a lot of times women in
Speaker:
the trades are the people who are, they're
Speaker:
single mothers or they migrated to this country for a
Speaker:
better, life. They're this those types
Speaker:
of businesses as well, they're, the easiest ones to get
Speaker:
started. They're low barrier entry. You can start a
Speaker:
landscaping business with very little,
Speaker:
money, cleaning business with very little money.
Speaker:
So, that's what who I love to work with. I love to see them
Speaker:
flourish. A lot of what I do is
Speaker:
I simplify, the complexities of business
Speaker:
through a lens called the 5 part framework.
Speaker:
And that 5 part framework kind of strips away this idea that
Speaker:
we have to have all of these different things. I
Speaker:
know one of the things that you talk about, you know, is,
Speaker:
Collaboration versus, and I see it, like, from a
Speaker:
lead generation strategy, collaborations being something
Speaker:
that's much more fruitful versus
Speaker:
something like a social media strategy,
Speaker:
especially for trades folks, those people who are
Speaker:
serving people in a specific demographic or
Speaker:
geographic location. We don't need to shout out to the whole
Speaker:
world what we're doing or how different the floor looks.
Speaker:
We need to make sure that the people in our communities know
Speaker:
that we have that we're available and that we have access
Speaker:
on our calendar. So those are the people that I tend to work with now.
Speaker:
They're in construction. They serve, they're service
Speaker:
based businesses. They're women mostly, though I do
Speaker:
have men in my, in my group. I also
Speaker:
do one on ones with manufacturing facilities
Speaker:
too because my bakery was a manufacturing company.
Speaker:
Not just manufacturing, but manufacturing things that are very
Speaker:
tasty and things that I wanna get all the time. But
Speaker:
Well, not with my companies now. Those are more
Speaker:
like, CNC Show, and then I've got, like,
Speaker:
yeah, wind vane maker,
Speaker:
and then a a digital board. What are those
Speaker:
called? A a circuit board manufacturing.
Speaker:
And yeah. Yeah. Wow. It's in a
Speaker:
it's a sector that, you don't always hear a lot
Speaker:
about, especially in the networking circles, a lot of the
Speaker:
entrepreneurship, especially in digital marketing where, you know, there's a lot of
Speaker:
coaches and consultants Mhmm. Speakers and
Speaker:
authors. And I find it refreshing that you are,
Speaker:
working with also business owners and entrepreneurs in their
Speaker:
own right, but, you know, completely different
Speaker:
in the way that their business operates, in the way that they provide their
Speaker:
services, in the way that they do their lead gen, and the systems
Speaker:
that they need and, and then all of that.
Speaker:
And, you know, it reminds me of a you know, at at I was at
Speaker:
a conference about a year ago, and I met a company who
Speaker:
specialized in lead gen for those types of service businesses.
Speaker:
Oh, good. And then and I it was like out of out of all of
Speaker:
the booths, about 25% of them
Speaker:
were serving that audience. And
Speaker:
it was interesting because you don't see that at digital marketing events all that often.
Speaker:
So it is a huge sector, and, and and a
Speaker:
lot of the support resources and a lot of the training and a lot of
Speaker:
the programs are just not designed for them. And so
Speaker:
the fact that you do this, I think, does give you some uniqueness in
Speaker:
the marketplace, and you are serving, you know,
Speaker:
business owners in a sector that really need that support
Speaker:
and, you know, don't have it because so many of them are owner operators
Speaker:
Mhmm. That like you said, they started the business they're in because of
Speaker:
a low barrier entry. They're providing a great service, but
Speaker:
they weren't necessarily business people to begin with. Right? Right. It's like
Speaker:
you kinda learn out of necessity. It's like, oh, I have this problem. How do
Speaker:
I fix this? How do I now I have this problem. How do I fix
Speaker:
it? Yeah. So so, so talk a little bit
Speaker:
about, how you help them to in in that
Speaker:
journey. Like, what is, you know, what what is it that you're helping them to
Speaker:
navigate through their business? And, and then let's, and then

let's tell them a little bit about the 5 day focus as well because I

yeah, so I work with them, you know, again, through that lens of

a 5 part framework. So we make sure that each piece of that

5 part framework is being, utilized,

and we're focusing on 1 or 2, and

that's it, strategies in each of the areas. So the 5 part

framework is it's your foundation. So it's
Speaker:
your, what I call market dominating position. How
Speaker:
are you different than everybody else that sells what you sell? Under
Speaker:
foundations, you've got, your education,
Speaker:
any certifications you need, your business
Speaker:
strategy or business model, your financial models. That's all
Speaker:
in foundations. And then we have leads. So how are you
Speaker:
getting your leads? And leads, there's literally 100,
Speaker:
if not thousands of tools and tactics and
Speaker:
thousands of opinions on what you should do from a lead generation standpoint.
Speaker:
But I really mostly force my clients to
Speaker:
pick 1 or 2 at the most,
Speaker:
lead generation strategies. And then we wanna be able to draw a straight line
Speaker:
from their lead strategies to conversions. So
Speaker:
there's a lot of different strategies around conversions
Speaker:
and how do you convert people.
Speaker:
Then from conversions, it's number of sales. So,
Speaker:
a business is, really a hobby if it only
Speaker:
has one sale and then they're gone. What
Speaker:
we need is consistent sales. So how do
Speaker:
we have, our customers buy from us more than once
Speaker:
and multiple times every year? And then from
Speaker:
that, then we work on profits. So that's the 5 part framework.
Speaker:
It's, foundations, leads, conversions,
Speaker:
transactions, and profits.
Speaker:
From that then, working on 1 to 2 strategies of what's
Speaker:
already working. So most of the people that I work with have already had
Speaker:
their business for several years, and they
Speaker:
likely already have employees. So, there
Speaker:
are multiple things that I can look at inside their business to
Speaker:
see what's already working and where can I quickly
Speaker:
tighten up just areas to make
Speaker:
financial gains quickly? And financial gains, I mean,
Speaker:
either in cash flow, so the bank balance,
Speaker:
or our net profit at the end of the year. So we need to see
Speaker:
that up because remember that our goal is to either have or our
Speaker:
goal is to make more money than we could, in a
Speaker:
career and then also have a sellable asset at the end.
Speaker:
So both of those goals are what we're working towards for
Speaker:
them. So we wanna first hit that 1,000,000 in revenue
Speaker:
and that but I also don't want them working in it all the time. So
Speaker:
we need to build in the systems and look for the people that we need
Speaker:
in the different seats in that company in order for them
Speaker:
to grow to that size and then more. Okay.
Speaker:

for my clients now in that I ask

them, to every single day ask themselves, what is the

one thing that if it got done, everything else would

either be easier or completely fall away? So when I

looked at my list, I'm a list person. I have lists that create lists

of lists. Like, literally all the lists.
Speaker:
And, what I do is look at that every single day, and I'm like,

okay. What's the first domino? What's the one thing that's gonna really make a
Speaker:
difference? And that really helps melt away any of the,
Speaker:
feelings of, like, I have to go in any other direction
Speaker:
in this direction or that direction. And it's like, what's the one
Speaker:
thing that okay. If I need cash flow, what's the one thing I can
Speaker:
do today to get cash flow? What's the one
Speaker:
thing that I can do today if I need, more
Speaker:
profit? You know? So, like, kinda thinking of in terms of
Speaker:
that. I love that. I'm gonna have to go and read that
Speaker:
book next, because that I love the idea because I can
Speaker:
relate to the lists, and those lists never they're
Speaker:
never 0, and they never go away. But there
Speaker:
are things that you can prioritize that if you did that thing
Speaker:
first, it takes care of so many of the other things that are on the
Speaker:
list. And I think that's brilliant. I love that idea. And so
Speaker:
that's gonna change my journaling tomorrow morning. It's gonna, and
Speaker:
