that you're here.
Today, we're going to break down the strategies to help you build
Alright, so first things first, let's clear up a common
a scalable business without burning out. Today, we're gonna
misconception. Many coaches and service providers believe that
dive into a topic that I know hits home for many of you
content they provide for their customers is the same as the
feeling the need to create massive amounts of content to
keep your customers happy. I'm here to tell you that the
content they create for their prospects, aka social media
opposite is actually true. Are you feeling overwhelmed with the
marketing, and sales content. But here's the truth, there's a
endless cycle of creating videos, trainings, guest speaker
huge difference between marketing and fulfillment when
events and all of the things? Do you think that more content
it comes to customer experience. Marketing is all about
means more value to your customers? Well, today I'm going
attracting and engaging potential customers. This is
to show you how that mindset may not be working for you and
where all the things that your social media manager is asking
actually doing more harm than good. So stick around because
you to, to create on a regular basis. That's where all that

goes. So they can create headlines and hooks and engaging
All right, now let's get practical. Here are some steps
content to get people interested in what you do. Most of the
time, the things that you are creating are there for testing,
and trying to get as much sort of impact as possible, but but
it's a lot about testing and throwing things out there to see
what sticks. Fulfillment, on the other hand, is all about using
your signature methodology to deliver results to your clients.
It's not about trial and error, or bombarding them with endless
new videos and trainings. It's about guiding them as fast as
possible from the problem they have to the solution, they need
to get that first win. So the goal is less. In fact, I often
tell people that they can cut up 80% of their content that
usually like blows their brain. But that is absolutely true. So
why is creating too much content a problem? Well, think about it,
your clients are already overwhelmed by all the
information, all the distractions and all the things,
adding more content only add adds more overwhelm. So what
they need is less noise and a more clear focus path. So
instead of creating a lot of nice to have content and video
vaults, your goal should be to provide just enough training to
help them achieve the milestone or the result. This focused
approach builds confidence and consistency, both for you and
your clients. Imagine this, your client signs up for your
program, and instead of being greeted with a library of 100
videos like sitting and chilling with Netflix, they're guided
through a curated experience. Each step is intentional and
directly aimed at solving their problem. This not only helps
them achieve their goals faster, but also positions you as a
thoughtful and strategic leader. Creating less content doesn't
mean that you are providing less value, it means you're providing
the right value at the right time. As your clients reach
that you can take to simplify your fulfillment process. Number
their goals. You can introduce new levels and paths and all the
things to continue their journey with you.
one, audit want you have what what do you already have, in
your experience that you're delivering? Take a hard look at
the content that you currently are offering. identify what's
essential and what may just be noise. Number two, create order
via your authority strategy. Your job is to provide your
clients a clear step by step path from their problem to a
result, focusing on guiding them to that first big win. Number
three, create a really clear customer experience map. Create
a crystal clear journey that gets your customers from, where
do they start? How do they engage and what happens when
they win. Then iterate and improve. As your clients
progress, gather feedback, continuously improve your
process, and introduce new content only when it provides a
clear value.
Alright, so let me tell you about one of my clients. Sarah
is one of my clients. She is a high performance coach, she was
drowning in content, she was constantly creating new content
for her customers. She had hundreds of videos and training
sessions and her clients were not only overwhelmed, but they
weren't watching anything, and they definitely weren't getting
direct results from it. We streamlined her authority model
and methodology, used it to create a clear focus mastery
path and guided them to the key steps that they needed to get
there first, when the result, happier clients, better
retention and more referrals. Serious business is now
thriving, and she's spending way less time worrying about
creating content, and more time making an impact.
Alright, so remember, your goal is to fast track your clients
from their problem to the solution. By simplifying your
content and focusing on what truly matters, you can create a
more impactful and sustainable business. So thanks for tuning
