What a GREAT Interview!
Epi # 144 - I LOVE the “I wonder…” pause before speaking practice. And, yes, practicing self-care and mindfulness when you are calm to build your mental muscle to BE calm, will make it so much more accessible to you when you REALLY need when in a heightened, or “loaded to trigger” state. So many great tips and insights discussed.
Inspiring and Educational!!
I love listening to this podcast and would recommend to anyone who wants to improve their lives! Tammy (and the guests she’s had on her show) have all been informational and inspiring. She is fun to listen to and sounds truly empathetic. She has great stories to share and is either bringing a smile to my face or emotional tears to my eyes!
